Struck at Culiacan (C mint mark) mint.
This year is remarkable because the mintmark reverts to the C-only style (instead of Cn mint mark) used from 1846 to 1874.
Certified by NGC to MS 64, Population Census: 2 coins, only 2 higher (MS65 & MS66), conditionally rare.
