In my opinion, this coin is in XF-AU Details condition.
Important:
This coin seems to have been cleaned.
The last four pictures in this listing show the "hairlines"(tiny scratches going in the same direction) from what i believe could be cleaning.
The coin also has one very small "environmental damage" spot on the top of one of the rays on the obverse. (Refer to the 5th to last picture)
