In beautiful condition - as you see it.  Heavy - sign alone weighs nearly 3 pounds.  Perfect decor for a ski lodge, cabin or man cave.  Has a few minor scuffs but is generally in great condition.  Check out lots of photos and close ups.  18" x 12".   By all appearances, this is a "real" sign - one intended to be hung on a building or pole - not one made as decoration.  These are hard to find.

A couple of other notes if you'd like to read them: Our home is smoke free and pet free. That said, it doesn't mean that the items I sell have never had a passing relationship with some sort of odor. If I notice it I will state it in the description.  If you can smell someone in Wyoming light a cigarette while you are driving east across Tennessee, you might notice an odor I don't. (I have actually had someone ask if I could certify that the box, tape and packing material I use were odor free (I can't).)
