Offered for sale is a set of 1/72-scale AND 1/48-scale NOSE ART decals for the American World War II B-17 Flying Fortress heavy bomber, as depicted in the movie "Memphis Belle", made by Kits World Decals.
The "Memphis Belle" was a real aircraft and was depicted in the movie as she really looked, but all of the other aircraft in the movie are fictitious. This set of decals depicts those fictitious B-17s and their unique markings!
This set includes markings for EIGHT DIFFERENT B-17 Flying Fortresses! Included are the "Memphis Belle" and the fictitious "Gee Whiz", "Baby Ruth", "C-Cup", "Sally B/Memphis Belle", "Mother and Country", "Windy City", and "Clooney Baby".
Please note that this set includes nose art ONLY...no national insignia or aircraft serials are included!
The set is NEW and MINT IN THE PACKAGE! The set includes a sheet of decals as shown in the photos, plus a full-color placement guide. The decals are brand new and in excellent condition.
