Polanight Instructions
Polanight 16% is the ideal strength to use when you first start
your tooth whitening treatment.  If you wish to buy a lower
strength or a higher one then feel free to do so.
Use Polanight for 14 days.  Use half a tube per treatment (a
quarter of the gel for the top set of teeth and a quarter of the
gel for the bottom set of teeth). 7 tubes will last you 14 days,
You will have 6 tubes left after the 14 days of treatment has finished
7 Steps to Whiter Teeth
STEP 1: To get started buy 10 tubes of Polanight 16% gels and some mouth trays.
STEP 2:  Make mouth trays by following the enclosed instructions (all mouth trays come
enclosed with instructions). Take Trays out of Sterile medical packaging.
STEP 3:  Take Polanight gel out of sterile medical packaging. Apply Polanight gel. Use
half a tube per treatment (a quarter of the gel for the top set of teeth and a quarter of the
gel for the bottom set of teeth). Apply an even dose around trays.
STEP 4:  Leave dental trays in mouth for 30 minutes. (No more than 30 mins.)
STEP 5:  Take out trays out of mouth and rinse mouth with warm water.
STEP 6:  Softly brush teeth with your normal toothpaste.
STEP 7:  You must wait for at least 2 hours before you drink, eat or smoke
Polanight Teeth Whitening Tips
Do treatment for 14 days and if you want to increase whitening. Have one week off then
do an extra 6 days of treatment.  Repeat treatment every 3 months or when needed.
Do not bleach everyday.  Do not over fill trays with gel.
Using sensitivity toothpaste when bleaching is helpful.
Never use a mouthwash that contains chlorahexadine also known as “corsadyl” whilst
using Polanight.  Only use teeth whitening mouth washes that will not stain.
Store Pola gel in the fridge out of the reach of children.
Always read instructions carefully.
Be patient and do not over bleach your teeth.  A full dental treatment is 14 days
