Worldwide brand Transit or Railroad Ticket Punch
Submitted for your perusal, a Worldwide brand ticket punch. All I know for sure is that it works and punches a "triangle" type hole with corresponding "chad". It was donated to us with some Union Pacific and Southern Pacific items. However, the punch is not marked for any railroad. I did an internet search and I couldn't find any references to "Worldwide" ticket punches. So I don't know if it was used on buses, light rail transit, streetcars, trolleys or a railroad. Perhaps it was used on a foreign transit system or railroad. I just don't know!
Anyway, it's in acceptable condition. Some of the nickel plating is worn and pitted. There is some rust present. It works pretty good. No "hanging chads" here. See images for best physical description.
